FPR Group are in urgent need of experienced Children’s Residential Support Workers or Youth Workers to work with our clients in Brighton and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity to further your career in residential childcare!

This role involves giving care and support to young people aged 10-19 with EBD (emotional and behavioural disorders), SEBD (Social, emotional and behavioural difficulties) in residential settings. Therefore you must be motivated and have a real drive to work in looked after children’s services with a focus on the residents as the main priority.

You must have at least 6 months experience working within a residential setting or as a youth worker in a similar role. Drivers with their own vehicle are preferred however this is not essential.
