We are looking for committed and professional tutors, ideally with experience of teaching adult learners, and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

Tutors need to be proficient in the practical and theoretical skills of a variety of Art techniques. They need to be capable of teaching learners in varied ability classes, with students working on a range of projects.

They also need to be willing to teach within a quality framework and to plan and structure a course and individual lessons to meet the needs of the learners.

Good organisational skills are required and tutors will also need an appropriate teaching qualification or be willing to take one if offered a teaching post.
