About You:

• The role would suit someone who is highly organised, methodical and passionate about people
• Great at building relationships with people at all levels
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
• Thorough knowledge of employment law, HR Policies and Processes
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Full accountability of the HR service including: ER, HR Operations, Recruitment, L&D
• Deliver 1^st class service through great coaching and performance management
• Ensue completion of all training
• Make sure that direct reports self-achieve and demonstrate levels of competence
• Take ownership of problems, make decisions and resolve issues. Escalation and mitigation of potential risks and issues through agreed channels.
• To drive internal talent and career progression
• Shape the strategy for the HR function
• Ensure succession plans are in place for all critical roles across the business
• To champion and ensure effective communication across all teams and department
