Quality Manager - Head Office (GE2015048) 1 x Permanent contract, 37.5 hours a week Salary £24,000 per annum
Grace Eyre are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Manager with knowledge of Social Care services, to lead on the continued development of the charities reporting and collation of service outcomes and impact monitoring. The post holder will need to be able to work across our diverse range of services to carry out data collection, audits and deliver detailed reports on our performance against KPIS set out within contracts and regulatory frameworks. Experience of working with the development of a customer relations management system will be essential. If you are a strong communicator and have a proven track record of both the implementation of quality systems and the skills to provide accurate reporting we would like to hear from you.
