A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to work for a 30 bedded dementia specific nursing home in the Worthing area. The home is set in a quiet location which is close to public transport and the town centre.

As the a registered nurse you will required to provide the highest possible standard of care and support to the older people. Develop friendships within the home, encourage the residents to establish and maintain close links with their relatives, friends and the local community.

You will be leading a team of care staff on a daily basis, as well as being involved in there development and ensuring that their passion for delivering excellent care is continually developed.

For this post you must meet the following requirements:

– Registered Nurse – Supervisory experience – Previous experience working in a residential nursing home – Dementia Knowledge

You will be required to work shifts but only Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week.
