28 bedded dementia specific nursing home requires a care manager to run the internal process of the home and ensure continual development and quality of service delivery.

Home is part of a small group of 3 homes in the Sussex area with a primary focus on quality of service and care provision for elderly people with dementia and other associated illnesses.

Service is close to public transport links and Worthing town centre and has built a reputation for quality of care and adhering closely to CQC legislation and relevant framework.

The right candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills and have previous experience managing in a non-nursing environment with a focused and well established staff team.

Role comes with excellent working hours, working 4 full days a week (no weekends) with Wednesday off (although will be on call)

You must have the ability to lead effectively and work in line with the remit of the organisation, keeping the home efficient and to capacity.
