We are now on the look out for a top class General Manager to come on board and take the helm at this fantastic bar in Brighton.

Our client is a market leading Sunday Times top 100 company who are expanding rapidly with new openings scheduled all over the UK.

We are ideally looking for managers with General Manager experience of running a bar or restaurant doing a minimum of 25k a week. You will be financially accountable for the entire operation so a candidate with exceptional commercial and financial awareness is essential
