As a female support worker you will

Work as part of the team providing tailored support to young women with support needs

be part of a rota and cover sleep in shifts and on call duties

Work in a keyworker role with identified young women, to meet them regularly and to monitor and review the plan regularly in line with the Stopover policy

Work pro actively to enable mother and baby to move to longer term or permanent accommodation
