Inbound Customer Service Advisors

Brighton, East Sussex

Full-time, Permanent position

£15,800 plus bonus based on quality CALLS (average monthly bonus £500 but uncapped)



One of Brighton's premiere employers are seeking Inbound Customer Service Advisors to work at their prestigious city centre offices.



As a customer service advisor, you will be answering inbound calls from customers who have queries on their account, need to change their address or any other customer related queries. You will be required to recommend tailored solutions to their customers, reinforce the benefits of membership and provide relevant information that adds value to the customer's account.



What would your role include?

* Delivering exceptional customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts in a fast paced, structured environment.
* Resolving product or service inquiries by asking questions and presenting the best solution.
* Developing customer relationships that result in measurable Customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency and quality



To be successful in the role you will have:

* A passion for delivering excellent customer service and ability to build customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication.
* Ability to work in a structured and fast paced environment where you will be motivated to meet or exceed performance targets
* Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to grasp new systems

Please note the team provides a service within the hours of Monday to Sunday, 7am to midnight and within this you will be required to work a 35 hour week over an agreed shift pattern
