Billings Administrator
Brighton
£18,000 - £20,000

Our client, a consultancy firm based in central Brighton are seeking a Billings Administrator.

The role involves the following;

Entering high volume timesheets and approvals onto their billing system
Chasing timesheets and approvals from Consultants
Raising and sending weekly and monthly invoices
Liaising within other members of the Finance, HR and sales teams resolving discrepancies between the billing system, sales and payroll systems
Resolving queries regarding timesheets and payroll
Raising credit notes and supporting the credit control team
Filing of invoices and other billing administration and communications

Key Skills;
Strong attention to detail and able to produce work with a high level of accuracy
Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively in person, and in written format, in a professional manner
Good organisational and workload management skills, specifically with the ability to prioritise and take responsibility for own work
Willing to help other team members with their tasks as needs arise
