Drawing on your knowledge and expertise of working with this client group you will further develop good practice. You will oversee the overall delivery of the service, through the management of the staff team and liaison with the Area Service Manager as well as other identified key staff.

With previous experience of working in a managerial role, you will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership and problem solving skills, along with an ability to liaise effectively with statutory and voluntary partners. You will have excellent communication skills and experience of working in a person centred way, supporting service users to maximise opportunities for personal development. Access to transport and a full,. current driving license are desirable.
