3 sleep-in shifts over a fortnightly period. Based in Hove

Initially a 6 month contract. 4% employer's pension contribution (the level of this is reviewed annually).

Annual Leave entitlement starts at 25 working days per annum (pro rata)

BHT is looking for applicants to work sleep-in shifts at the Archway Project.  The Archway Project is a BHT mental health service which promotes a person-centred, holistic model of support enabling clients to achieve a successful recovery.  Archway is spread over 5 sites, with each offering its own package of support. 

This post will be based within one of the two 9 bed and 5 bed residential care homes in Hove.

As a Night Support Worker you will offer clients a range of support to promote health, independence and participation in the wider community; this will include supporting them to access external services, assistance with benefits, budgeting, emotional support, tenancy related support, and confidence building.
