The Project Receptionist/Administrator provides a key role in welcoming a wide range of people to BOP's services.  The Project Receptionist/Administrator also assists in the provision of administrative support to the team.  This includes monitoring and reporting tasks, inputting onto databases, typing documents, and dealing with financial systems.  You will be required to provide a professional and confident service via the telephone and face to face and assist with tasks such as setting up meetings.  The role involves direct contact with service users and their children and is an important public face of the organisation.
