Brighton & Sussex Care continues to grow and we need Senior Support Workers who can build careers with us and help us deliver care standards which are second to none. We are a small team, so we need individuals who are flexible, able to share their experiences and talents and are willing to learn and develop themselves.

We need a broad range of people and are looking for experienced care professionals. What matters the most is your ability to work in a small team, your enthusiasm for the role and your determination to make a difference for our service users.

Our clients are brilliantly diverse and we need a people who can see the challenge and the opportunities from every angle.

We require full-time community Support Workers to join our team, duties will include supporting service users to live in their own homes in the Brighton community.

Ideally you will have experience in working with these client groups and an NVQ/Diploma 3 (or higher) in Social Care or equivalent further or higher education qualification.

Car driver useful but not essential.

This is a very rewarding position working with great prospects and training package for the right person.
