YMCA DownsLink Group is looking for a number of bank support staff to work both days and nights within our various Housing Projects across Sussex, including Brighton & Hove, Worthing, Crawley, Horsham, and Three Bridges.

You are not required to travel to all locations, but please state on your application form how far you are willing to travel.

You will have to demonstrate experience of working within a Housing Project or related field and you will understand the needs of young single homeless people aged between sixteen and thirty-five years.

You will also need good administrative, numeric and organisational skills along with proven IT skills. You will also need excellent verbal, written and inter personal communication skills; along with an understanding of professional boundaries.
