We are recruiting Support Workers and Care Assistants to join our expanding work force for work in learning or physical disabilities homes, mental health and autism services across Brighton, Hove and Burgess Hill.

Hours:

Flexible hours to suit your life style, we have full and part time work available, with choice of shifts in the day, night and weekends. You choose when you want to work.

Experience and personal qualities required:

• At least 6 months paid experience within the UK of working with adults with learning or physical disabilities
• Able to use on initiative and work with minimal supervision but ask for help or advice from senior staff when needed.
• Understand the need for confidentiality
• You must be able to communicate effectively ability to understand and be understood.
