This is a great opportunity for budding P/A's to increase their knowledge, skills and confidence to work with People living with Dementia. You’ll work with the Carers Breaks Dementia Engagement Team for six months to introduce a range of services and provide practical support that will promote clients’ and Carers independence and really enhance their quality of life. 

It can be challenging, but you see the rewards every day. You’ll also get the chance to develop your career through on going support and training from the Support with Confidence Team ESCC and Adult Social Care Training.

The objective of this post is to support the development of the local Dementia Friendly Personal Assistant work force. It is a requirement of this post that you are registered with ESCC Support with Confidence to become a Personal Assistant.
