Are you an enthusiastic individual who is motivated and inspired to provide high quality services for people with learning disabilities? The role will involve supporting the individuals with all aspects of the daily living including providing support with their personal care needs and attending clubs ad activities. You will be a part of a team of staff working with individuals across Crawley and Horsham. In the role you will promote the individual's independence by supporting them to build on their strengths and skills; enable them to access the community, help develop independent living skills.
