We are Grace Eyre, a charity that supports people with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs. We have a major challenge on our hands! In addition to our contracted work, we need to raise close to £0.5m per year in order to really meet the needs of the people who use our services and support them to achieve their dreams and aspirations.

We're looking for an ambitious and committed fundraiser who will focus on unrestricted fundraising! The successful candidate will have outstanding communication and presentation skills and have a proven track record of building successful relationships. They will need to demonstrate:

·         A successful track record of generating income against agreed targets based on generating "unrestricted" income such as relationships with corporate partners or high net worth individuals, events, legacies, raffles etc.

·         Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to develop and sustain relationships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.

·         Proven track record of influencing and persuading others.

·         Experience of developing compelling proposals.

·         Managerial experience.

·         Strong administration, organisational and time management skills.

·         Strong IT skills.
