This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic manager to work alongside the DPS Manager to lead staff teams working with adults with learning disabilities to develop high quality support services. This post will initially be based in our Residential Services located in the Crowborough and Chailey areas.
You will promote community participation and involvement to provide the best possible opportunities for individuals to develop skills and enhance their lives. You will provide a safe, flexible and responsive service that is person centred.
The successful applicant will need to become a Registered Manager and will have a good working knowledge of Safeguarding Adults at Risk and understand the Care Quality Commission's role and the standards within which they regulate and inspect services.
You will possess excellent organisational skills teamed with great leadership qualities and have a strong knowledge of partnership working. You must be a great communicator with excellent writing skills and be able to help staff to develop their skills.
