The Organisational and Workforce Development Team provide a diverse range of training courses and professional qualifications for directly employed staff and the wider adult and children's social care workforces. Using specialist learning administration system software, the team provides in excess of 15,000 training places each year to people across the City.
   
The successful candidate will work as part of the administration service with this team. Their main focus will be on supporting us to administer our culture change programme, 'Living our values every day'. This is a mandatory development programme for all Brighton & Hove City council managers.

The ideal person will be able to provide excellent levels of customer service, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail when working with high volumes of customer queries. Knowledge and experience of working with databases to administer courses and the associated maintenance is desirable.   Fixed Term 31st May 2015
