We are looking for experienced Children’s Residential Support Workers or Youth Workers to join our bank of Temporary Social Care staff working with young people aged between 10-19 yrs in residential settings across Sussex who have emotional & challenging behaviour.

You must have experience working within residential setting or as a youth worker in a similar role.

Successful Support Workers can expect to receive:-

Due to some of the location being rural and difficult to access via public transport, drivers with own vehicle are preferred however this is not essential.

Vacancies are subject to satisfactory DBS and reference checks and applying Support Workers MUST possess at least 6 months paid experience of working with Looked After Young People in the last 3 years.
