Telesales Advisor - Temp

£7 an hour
Purpose of the position:
Generate high quality business sales for our client. Achieve the targets set on behalf of our client within the criteria and standards set. Approach all sales calls with a view to securing a sale in line with the Company vision and values.
Principle Accountabilities:
* To undertake outbound sales calls to prospective customers
* Maintain high customer service standards by handling all calls professionally, remaining courteous and dealing will any queries effectively
* Listen attentively to the individuals requirements, asking pertinent questions to establish facts in order to gain a full understanding of their needs
* Take personal responsibility for the quality of the sales in order to minimise cancellations
* To ensure all information is entered accurately onto the database, updating and maintaining client contact history
Personal Qualities:
* Clear speaking voice
* Good questioning techniques – open and closed questions
* Excellent listening skills and ability to overcome objections
* Confident and professional manner with the ability to converse with high level decision makers
* Enjoy working towards and achieving set targets and goals
