The Active Lives team supports adults with learning disabilities in a wide range of day activities, employment opportunities and training.  You need to be committed to helping service users gain independence and confidence in their lives.  You need to excellent engagement skills, be able to allow people to take more control of their lives and be capable to inspiring service users to achieve.  You will also be able to facilitate group activities and key work a number of individuals.
