Steps Wellbeing Service offers recovery focused one to one support and a choice of service options including a community programme to people living in Crawley experiencing mental health problems.

We are recruiting for a Peer Mentor who has lived experience of mental health problems to work one to one with clients to inspire and motivate.

You will be supporting clients to work towards their chosen goals offering emotional and practical support while working flexibly and creatively. Working alongside other team members to identify, liaise with and refer to a range of appropriate local agencies , services and groups.
