At Search Consultancy we are looking for an excellent customer service administrator who can look after a busy temporary desk.
Managing Clients and temporaries alike, resourcing candidates, complete all relevant paperwork for payroll and inputting details onto the system.
Must be able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, have excellent telephone manner and have the ability to talk to people at all levels from general administrators to Clients in HR or team Managers.
Must be proactive and have the ability to multi-task. The role will be working alongside a team of experienced consultants who will delegate work as appropriate, so someone that can pick things up quickly and be able to meet deadlines and Clients / Consultant needs. The role will involve speaking to the working temporaries and Clients so someone who has previous experience of being able to manage and control situations that arise.
Good keyboard skills together with some excel experience is also required.
