Database Administrator & Analyst

Salary £35,000-45,000 + 10% annual bonus and company benefits



Harvey John is actively souring an experienced, technically advanced internal database and systems professional to oversee and improve the internal database and reporting systems within a multi-faceted international organisation. This individual will also be heavily involved in the migration of all company information to a new internal database within the next year which will be a wide-scale, high involvement project.



About you:

* You will be an experienced database / systems administrator with a track record of database development and improvement.
* You will have experience of one of more of the following systems: Cognos, Business Objects, Qlikview, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Enterprise, Hyperion Essbase or Anaplan.
* You will ideally also have good technical skills in Windows, being able to work with MS-DOS jobs and Scheduling Jobs.
* You will have tangible examples of successfully overseeing system change management across a business.
* You will have excellent communication skills, be highly detailed and organised and have the confidence to influence and train others effectively. This includes influencing and training others across multiple business departments and at various levels.
* You will be a proactive individual who will effectively seek out and implement system improvements to create more effective functionality and reporting abilities.
