Salary:£13,912 per annum Hours: 28 hours per weekEast Sussex - office base to be confirmed at interview   We are currently looking for an exceptional person to fill the following position based in East Sussex to assist the befriending manager in the day-to-day management and administration of the befriending service, ensuring that an effective and high quality service is delivered to people with dementia, their carers and families.  As the role requires extensive travel across East Sussex, applicants should be able to travel independently.  It is desirable for you to possess NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or demonstrable experience. You will have personal or work experience in a care environment an understanding of dementia and experience of working with statutory and voluntary agencies.
