Salary:£19,012 per annum Hours:35 hours per weekEast Sussex - office base to be confirmed at interview   We are currently looking for an exceptional person to fill the following position based in East Sussex to manage a volunteer team of befrienders for people with dementia and line manage a Befriending Support Office. As the role requires extensive travel across East Sussex, applicants should be able to travel independently.

You will possess NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) and be prepared to work towards level 4, or demonstrable experience. You will have the experience of managing and motivating volunteers, leading a team and working with statutory and voluntary agencies.
