We are seeking to employ a teaching assistant to join our dedicated and friendly team at Downs Park School which caters for pupils with complex needs. We are looking for someone to work in our Key Stage 1 ASC provision.

If you have patience, a calm manner, a good sense of humour and a commitment to meeting the needs of children with autism we would like to hear from you. The job requires an excellent team player who is flexible and shows an ability to recognise and respond to pupils' needs and provide appropriate support to individuals and small groups.

We are looking for someone with experience of working within nursery or the foundation stage. Experience with autism is also highly desirable.
