Wanted - first rate administrator!   Brighton and Hove Impetus is a leading local health and social care charity that helps vulnerable and disadvantaged people in the City to improve the quality of their lives. We do this through advocacy, befriending, mentoring, volunteering, social groups, training and more. We are always striving to build community connections, help people make positive choices and get access to the services they need. Your role will be to help our teams deliver all this, by providing high-quality administrative support to several of our services and supporting the Chief Executive and Service Managers to fulfil their HR & governance responsibilities.   This is a varied role that includes servicing a Board committee, maintaining and developing office systems and HR support. We are looking for an experienced administrator who is reliable, well-organised and who can work across different areas of responsibility. You will enjoy working independently, as well as part of a team; have good communications skills, whilst maintaining appropriate confidentiality; and will be constantly on the lookout for better ways of doing things!   This post is subject to an enhanced criminal record check.
