Jiva Healthcare has exciting employment opportunities for up to 4 full-time (37.5 hours weekly) bank working positions, on a temporary basis.  Successful candidates will receive £7.00 per hour on a variable hours contract plus statutory annual leave entitlement, as well as having the opportunity to apply for permanent job positions within the organisation once the temporary arrangement has lapsed.  The roles involve supporting clients with Mental Health and other complex needs in their move on process from residential care to supported living.  The service is staffed 24 hours per day, 7days per week.  Part-time applications are welcomed (ideally no less than 22.5 hours per week).  Predominantly based in Eastbourne and or Seaford, although Bank Workers may need to be flexible, where possible, and cover shifts across other services based in Sussex (e.g. Hove).  Successful candidates are expected to take part in the shift ROTA which includes early, late, weekend and sleep-in shifts.
