Data Enhancement Adviser - Central Brighton - To start as soon as possible

We're looking for a Data Enhancement Adviser to perform and support data matching activity and exception handling for the AE data store (AEDS). You will ensure data held within the AEDS is of consistent quality to maximise integrity of existing employer data for communication and compliance and enforcement activity.

You will:

* Be responsible for carrying out the timely and accurate data matching activity of customer records.
* Perform manual data entry to correct and validate data held by the regulation.
* Ensure that matching rules re applied consistently throughout.
* Escalate any issues or queries that may arise to Data Assurance Manager.
* Support testing and initial development of data matching functionality and exception data handling
* Support continuous process improvement through feedback and spotting trends.
* Provide ad-hoc quality assurance of customer records and updating records as necessary.

Essential Skills:

* Working knowledge of data matching, data entry is an advantage
* Approach to work with meticulous attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously
* Proactive approach
* Time management and delivery.
