Midday Support Assistant

We provide Day Services for adults with Learning Disabilities, which is a vibrant and busy place to work. We are a service that is passionate about maximising peoples independence and supporting individuals to realise their potential, this is what the jobs all about. We are seeking midday Support Assistants to enhance client's experiences and you will be part of a highly skilled and committed staff team. The role includes working with adults with learning disabilities and supporting people that may have complex needs, physical disabilities and health needs. You'll be providing person centred support to enable people to have their meal, maintain high standards of personal care and to keep the environment safe and clean. This is a great opportunity to enhance or gain experience in working in Adult Social Care alongside adults with learning disabilities ad we have excellent training opportunities, along with great staff support networks to give you everything you need to develop in your chosen career. The post will involved working between the hours of 12:00 - 14:00, 5 days a week. Vacancies are available in the St Leonards-On-Sea and Eastbourne areas.
