Our client an industry leader based in Hove are looking for Sales Consultants.



This role is a B2C consultative sales role, where you will be offering tailored solutions to customers.



The role involves;



Providing knowledge and advice to customers from varying backgrounds regarding our clients offering



The leads are all warm and originate from website enquiries or inbound calls



Researching potential leads and having industry knowledge



The ideal candidate;



Has experience of consultative selling



Must be able to hit targets in a non – micro managed environment



Should achieve individual targets, as set out by the company by converting warm leads into sales through a consultative sales approach.



Can manage your their time effectively, including pipeline and reports as required by the company



The salary is £18,000 and the OTE is £40,000 which is really achievable, this is a great sales role for an expanding company. If you are money motivated then this role is for you!!
