Our client, a private health insurance company are seeking Sales Advisors for their office in central Brighton.

They are looking for English speakers and Spanish, Italian and French.

The Key Responsibilities are;



* Handle inbound telephone sales calls through various media from customers, converting said calls into new registrations to the International Health product range performing to agreed monthly targets, whilst maintaining the highest standards at all times



* Make outbound sales calls to gather qualified Sales leads to further increase the potential to convert International Health products into new registrations, ensuring that call procedures and standards of performance are met



* Generate outbound sales calls to pursue leads, within your remit, securing registrations to the International Health product range by following call procedures and satisfying set standards of performance



* Provide customers with a high level of service at all times ensuring that we educate them on the products and procedures connected with the International Health product range



* Build professional and lasting relationships with team colleagues and other departments within the International and UK maintaining open communication channels to promote the International Telesales Team in a positive light and assess opportunities to obtain sales leads





The ideal candidate will;



* Proven experience of working to and achieving targets within a highly target driven, pressurised and dynamic sales environment



* Experience of working towards and achieving strict KPI's, specifically volume and conversion based sales targets and quality call targets



* Proven negotiating and influencing skills



* Self-motivated and target driven, with excellent planning and organisational skills



* To possess good verbal and written communication skills



* To have a good geographical knowledge and appreciation of differing time zones



* Ideally to have some experience of the Healthcare market





The role is paying £18,000 - £19,000 per annum plus commission.
