As an Early Years Worker and part of the Young Oasis Team you will provide high quality support for families and children 0-5 years, supporting early learning provision within our Ofsted-registered creche setting. Children aged 5-11 attend in school holidays. The creche is open all year except Christmas. You will need to be able to promote the physical, social, emotional, sensory and intellectual development of children and have an understanding and working knowledge of safeguarding practices. You will be experienced in promoting positive parenting and care and offer a calm and adaptable approach. We are also looking for bank staff who can work a variety of shifts as required.
