The successful applicants will be experienced at working within a child care setting. They will work with pupils who are residential at the school Monday -Friday. They will provide a range of one-to-one support and group activities. They will be expected to work within all the school policies and work effectively and proactively within a team and with other professionals within the school.

Their qualifications will include:

• NVQ or L3 Health and Social Care Children and Young People
• Education to a sufficient standard to support pupils' after school learning

Due to the nature of this post applicants must be aged 22 or over.

Your willingness to learn British Sign Language is essential.
